Through a partnership with Sage and our Team Build solutions, we were able to deliver:

A consistent and process-driven recruitment practice
Reduce cost per hire
Best-of-breed headhunters to speed up the recruitment process
Scorecard and candidate management system to simplify shortlisting and interview process

The Results

Hired 30 people in the business across including:

Provided 8 contractors in a ramping team across Solutions, Data and Enterprise Architecture. Most went perm and are still there.
Supported a large growth initiative within SagePay, hiring peak across Development and Analysis. (25 roles)
Successfully placed 10 Java Developers (Perm) and 3 niche Contract Business Analysts to support a divestment (split) from Sage.
Head of Engineering quoted as one of TG's Business Analyst's being the 'best analyst he had ever worked with', and took him on perm.
Sage Pay separated from Sage and become OPAYO, who was then bought by Elavon and US Bank.
Thornton Gregory are currently a supplier to all three entities, covering Development, Business Analysis, Architecture, Project Management.
