The Challenge

Worked with Avis Budget Group initially on a permanent basis across Support and Infrastructure. Then took on Contractors and ramped to 60 permanent and 40 contractors across Analysis, Project Management, Architecture and more specific ‘Avis Budget Group’ roles such as County Managers across Europe.

Worked through the Avis merger becoming Avis Budget Group (ABG). Managed all transition of paperwork for contractors over to the new entity.
Real focus fell on Architecture and Project Management working with Directors of both sides of the business to predict future trends and find the right candidate ahead of time.
No talent management as such – worked with sole internal recruiters to manage the flow of roles and what they would like us to work on.
Personally maintained 40 contractors, with visits on site each week to meet with contractors and mangers to make sure all issues were resolved. We managed all extensions, finishers, replacements.

The Solution

Through a partnership with Avis Budget Group and our Key Hire solutions, we were able to deliver:

Great SLT relationships across the board.
Head of Projects and PMO, incredibly impressed with delivery standards and timelines.
Successfully placed 5 Contract Business Analysts to support a new acquisition in Italy.
Current supplier to all Senior Leadership Team who are now in situ in new roles.
Overall placed over 60 permanent and 40 contract in the years of engagement.
