Our client has a global presence spanning 35 countries with offices in San Francisco, London, Berlin, Jakarta, Vietnam, and Bengaluru. This role is part of a newly formed Global Enablement function which consists of 5 FTEs. The role would lead this function that spans the whole Enablement gambit delivering the programs and initiatives into the GTM functions across APAC, US, and Europe.

Title: Global VP of Sales Enablement Responsibilities 

 

  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing to oversee the development of robust enablement resources and programming across teams - from onboarding and training to ongoing learning and development to relevant content + sales assets needed to support GTM
  • Lead a team of Sales Enablement professionals across our European and North American offices 
  • Act as liaison between domestic and international enablement teams and ensure core changes to sales motion, processes, tooling or messaging are adopted across regions + teams 
  • Own the development/management of a rolling 12-18 month Sales Enablement roadmap 
  • Oversee development and continuous improvement of sales playbooks by field sales role in tight collaboration with field sales and product marketing. 
  • Launch and iterate sales skills programs in collaboration with external vendors 
  • Help create a development program for frontline managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively 
  • Design a success methodology for enablement teams to successfully handover programs to execution and delivery teams in the region 
  • Regularly monitor the productivity of our GTM teams, and work with sales operations to establish metrics and objectives to increase the same. 
  • Own and maintain the central knowledge system that acts as a repository for all enablement information + content for team 
  • Oversee diligence and implementation of enablement & productivity tools in conjunction with our IT teams. 
  • Own the planning and execution of our Sales meetings, and Sales Kickoff 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 10+ years of overall experience and min. 3 years of experience leading a Sales Enablement team in a fast-growing SaaS environment with a strong track record of managing complex and challenging projects 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS industry and different B2B sales motions 
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, in particular the CEO, CMO, Head of Sales, and Head of Customer Success 
  • Experience driving large and complex initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research/analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success is required. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally to develop and implement effective sales playbooks, processes & methodology, and deliver training programs that move the needle measurably on sales productivity 
  • Excellent presentation skills - able to keep the audience engaged in a virtual environment with a great storytelling ability and with good-looking visuals 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree is preferred; MBA Preferred
