Senior Frontend Developer : TEAM LEAD
We are searching for a Frontend Agile Software Developer (Team Lead) to join a global payment gateway. You will execute end-to-end development and testing of software products in an agile lifecycle. They are going from strength to strength with the backing of a major household financial player.
Partnering with key technical and business stakeholders, the agile developer will help refine the product vision, estimate, design and build a solution before supporting it into production.
You will be 70% hands on tech and 30% Team Management with the remit to build out a team.
This a hands-on roll involving a large amount of coding and problem solving.
Required:
- Javascript ES6 / ES7, HTML5, CSS, React, Typescript
- UI frameworks, MaterialUI / Bootstrap
- Excellent understanding of APIs and integration with backends
- Strong familiarity with modern frontend build pipeline and tools
Nice to have
- Experience with legacy technologies, JSP, JQuery
- Understanding of web accessibility and the WCAG
- Payments experience
- Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes
