We are working with a digital marketing business who are taking the mar-tech world by storm. They have a unique product which drives growth from acquisition to activation, retention and revenue. The product leverages off deep AI and Machine Learning to power a platform which personalises the customer journey.
They are looking for a Country Manager to join their rapidly expanding UK team. Their definition of a Country Manager is a conversation starter, network builder and noisemaker. You will be Business Development through and through and be experienced in relationship building, consulting, strategic thinking, and creating a robust sales pipe.
The Country Manager will lead all the country business and establish the client as the market leader. You will work on new business and retention, recruit, communicate the needs of customers to product, own a business growth plan for the UK, monitor market conditions and formulate strategy, manage all operations within the region, manage and maintain all C-level relationships in the UK. You will be the Go-To person in the UK for BD and internal Sales Management.
You will have proven and successful experience in Enterprise Sales within SAAS, Digital Marketing or eCommerce business. This is a total pre-requirement and non- negotiable.
You will be used to the customer success model and having demonstrated success preferably in a high growth SAAS environment. You will have a track record of signing new enterprise-level clients and confident prospecting skills. They are looking for a Business Development Leader to join them who is as into Tech as they are. They want someone to be totally into their product to be able to advise and add value to existing and new prospects. Ability to deliver to C and Exec level is a given.
